ACCOMMODATIONS
• 10 Motel units, 3 with efficiency units
some with queen or king size beds, some rooms with 2 beds
• 5 Housekeeping Cottages (1 or 2 bedrooms)
• Efficiency units and cottages are fully equipped
with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans,
refrigerator-stove unit, toaster oven and linens
• Each unit has a color cable TV and a full bathroom with shower/tub
PETS
• We welcome well-behaved dogs.
• Pets are $10.00 per night and owners must be notified.
• Pet rules are:
· Dog must be on a leash
· Not be left alone on property
· Designated dog walk
• Dogs are allowed on Mavillette Beach any time of the year.
RATES STC (complimentary continental breakfast included)
• Motel room: two people $80, Extra person $10
• Two Room Motel Suites: $135
• One bedroom cottage $90/night and $540/week
• Two bedroom cottage $120/night and $720/week
Rates are in Canadian funds. Taxes not included. We accept   
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
